1 General Provisions

1.1 Definitions

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.2 Account Creation Requirements

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and balances may be seized. All information provided during account registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. Allowing any third party access to your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the fbje support team immediately. fbje will not bear any liability for misuse of your account.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the fbje platform is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Deposits must be made only from an account or mobile number registered in your own name — payments made in another person's name will be rejected.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal.

3.3 Transaction Limits & Verification

fbje may request documents for additional verification on any transaction. fbje reserves the right to suspend or cancel transactions where suspicious financial activity is identified. Compliance with anti-money laundering regulations is a fundamental policy of this platform.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

fbje offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus funds, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 (1,000 × 15) in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash before the wagering requirements are met. Not every game may contribute equally toward wagering completion when playing with bonus funds — contact the support team for details. Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is prohibited.

4.4 Promotion Changes

5 VIP & Loyalty Program

5.1 VIP Levels

fbje has three VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit — Bronze offers up to 0.5%, Silver up to 1.0%, and Gold up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

5.2 Level Changes

Users may be promoted to a higher VIP level based on their consistency and activity. fbje may modify the VIP program rules as needed, and all VIP members will be notified as far as reasonably possible.

6 Responsible Gaming

8.2 Third-Party Software

The fbje platform features games from various providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Spribe. These games operate under the respective providers' own rules and quality control standards.

• Extended period of inactivity

12.2 Closure by User

You may request closure of your account at any time. If applicable wagering requirements have been met prior to closure, the balance will be withdrawable.

13 General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between fbje and the user and supersede any prior oral or written discussions.
